RESERVATION: Your reservation will be definitely confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The agency reserves the right to refuse any deposit received more than 15 days after the date of the confirmation and to cancel the reservation.

DEPOSIT: 30% of the total rental price must be paid as deposit within a period of 15 days from the date of the confirmation. Any deductions from the bank are to be paid by the customer. The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of the rental conditions.

ARRIVAL: Guests are expected to arrive at our office between 4 pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival. In no case guests have the right to occupy the accommodation before 16.00. Upon arrival, all guests who will occupy the accommodation, must hand over their identity documents for registration to the local police authorities. It is therefore forbidden to give hospitality to more people than declared.

DEPARTURE: The apartment must be left on the day of departure by 10 am and keys must be returned to our agency.

REMAINING PAYMENT: Upon arrival guests, together with the key handover, will pay the outstanding amount of the agreed total rental price, plus any other expenses, in cash (max € 2,999.00) or by bank transfer.

 The price does not include:

-Tourist tax: On arrival, you must pay a city tax of € 0.80 per person per night (full age) up to a maximum of 14 nights.

CLEANING: End cleaning is not included in the price. The apartment is however to be left in proper condition, with removal of garbage and washing of dishes. Before your departure, our staff will check the accommodation. Complaints regarding the cleanliness of the apartment must be reported on the day of arrival so that the agency can intervene immediately. Late complaints can’t be taken into consideration.

MEASURES AND DAMAGES: Any shortcomings or deficiencies in equipment shall be reported to the Agency within 24 hours from delivery of the key, so that it can provide as soon as possible to repair. For any damage caused or occur during his stay, the client has to inform the Agency, in order to establish the amount and the possible compensation.

The Agency is not responsible in case of malfunctions in electronics and electrical systems of the building, as well as for any other inconvenience occurred during the stay, which have to be repaired by specialized personnel (who are not always available in the surroundings).

CONDOMINIUM: The house rules must be observed by customers and in particular guests must avoid any noise in the midday and evening hours.

If the apartment has a parking place, the car must be parked in the designated area only, without obstructing the other cars or occupying other seats.

The agency is not responsible for malfunctions of systems in the building.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY: The Agenzia Marina acts only as an intermediary between client and the owner of the rented accommodation; therefore, the agency cannot be held responsible for any breakages, accidents, theft, delays or any type of inconveniences occurred in the lodging. However, the Agency will try to help to resolve any problems that arise, with the understanding that any claims for damages or compensation must be made to the accommodation owner through the Agency.

CANCELLATION: In case of a cancellation, the client must inform per Email the agency at least 30 days before the day of arrival, the Agency will refund the deposit paid. If the cancellation occurs later or within the day of arrival, the entire deposit will be lost or the remaining amount may be claimed.

FACILITIES: All apartments are equipped with pots and dishes that correspond to the number of beds. Blankets and pillows are available. The linen is not provided (sheets, tablecloths, towels) and must be brought by customers.

ENERGY CERTIFICATION: The apartment has an energy certification whose content can be viewed either on our website or directly in our office.


The number of persons allowed in the accommodation must not be higher than the available number of beds. Children are considered adults. If the number of persons exceeds during a check, the agency can terminate the contract immediately. The customer must bring bed linen, towels and tablecloths. Please do not use existing mattress and pillowcases as bed linen. If you would like to borrow these, please contact us immediately before your arrival.

The Agency can’t be held liable for any damage, accidents, losses, delays or other inconvenience that may be occurred in the lodging.

Animals are allowed only if the Agency has been previously informed and has agreed upon it. An additional charge may be required.

WIFI:The free Wi-Fi service (where present), is subject to registration by the customer and is not guaranteed in case of technical problems of the installation or of the service provider. This service is provided through the public network; it is responsibility of the navigator to protect his own privacy (example with a firewall). Agency Marina is not responsible for any theft of data, identity or anything else present in the devices connected to our Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi signal power and network speed are variable and it is client’s care to find the place with the best performance inside the accommodation or in the close proximity.

PRIVACY: According to U.E. Reg. 679/2016 stipulates that the personal data contained herein be treated in accordance with the applicable laws for which the information refers to the website
